環(huán)件自動鍛造生產(chǎn)線構成:搬運原材料的裝取料機、用于開坯的油壓機、坯料搬運及定位的機械手、進行環(huán)件軋制的數(shù)控徑軸向輾環(huán)機，環(huán)件搬出的機械手、對環(huán)件翹曲進行矯正的矯正壓機等構成。

本生產(chǎn)線各單機之間能夠實現(xiàn)聯(lián)動操作控制，坯料環(huán)件可自動進行輸送、搬運、定位軋制、在線檢測，實現(xiàn)了環(huán)件鍛造過程自動化。

本生產(chǎn)線能與工廠的管理層進行聯(lián)網(wǎng)，顯示終端能對生產(chǎn)線的運行狀態(tài)進行監(jiān)控，若監(jiān)控員監(jiān)控到故障能通過網(wǎng)絡通知現(xiàn)場的維護人員及時進行維護。

       Automatic forging ring production line consist of loading manipulator used to carrying material, hydraulic press machine used to make blank, forging manipulator used to clamp blank, radialaxial CNC ring rolling machine used to produce ring, manipulator used to unloading ring, corrective press machine used to correct warping ring.
       All equipment can realize associated action, material and product can be carried, transported, located, rolled inspected, make automatic forging ring production line into reality. This production can be connected with management network, live broadcast on monitor, supposing malfunction happened monitor man can tell maintain man remove it in time.
